Kristine Ericson works on histories of technology, design, and the environment. Her dissertation is a history of environmental simulation in the United States in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and has over five years of experience working as a mentor in technology, media, and innovation labs at Yale. Before starting her PhD, she worked as an architectural and visual designer in the United States and Denmark. Her current research has been supported by organizations including the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the Smithsonian Institution
